Ribs with Black Bean Sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the ribs in a wok or cast iron pan, then roast the ribs at 250 for 1-1/2 hours.
  2. Remove from the oven, add the rest of the ingredients, then simmer until the fluids are reduced.
  3. Plate and serve with rice.
