Ribs with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients
- beef ribs
- ginger (chopped)
- garlic (chopped)
- soy sauce
- white wine
- chicken broth
- green onions (chopped)
- fermented black beans (crushed)
- sesame oil
- white vinegar
- oriental hot peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ribs in a wok or cast iron pan, then roast the ribs at 250 for 1-1/2 hours.
- Remove from the oven, add the rest of the ingredients, then simmer until the fluids are reduced.
- Plate and serve with rice.
